Shogun Japanese Steak House

I have always had a great appreciation for the delectable flavors of hibachi and the smooth taste of sake. The service provided is consistently exceptional. The chicken and shrimp hibachi is an excellent choice that I highly recommend.

First time here. Everything would have been perfect but the woman next to me was on her phone the entire time. Service was excellent and fun to watch. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection! Delicious and more than enough food. Have enough for another meal - Definitely will go back

The best teppanyaki-style cooking entertainment experience in the area! The food and service are consistently excellent. All of the chefs are incredible, but Ben is our favorite! Thank you for such an amazing experience every time!

I love Japanese food and tried this place for the first time. I absolutely LOVED everything. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the whole family enjoyed their dishes. Will definitely be coming back! My teenager wants to come back for a birthday dinner.

Great atmosphere, service and the food was superb. The soup, which was just a broth, was tasty. I ordered steak and shrimp, which was prepared right before us. The chef's knife show was cute.

Really enjoyed this. Went on Valentine's day, fairly early, but was seated quickly and our drink and food orders were prompt. Chef was friendly and put on a show but minimal interaction until the end. Food was delicious. Best hibachi I've had in awhile. I'm in southeast Virginia and we don't have any really good spots. Family in south Carolina and they have good hibachi. I visit Jacksonville semi-regularly and expect to be back again if the timing is right.

We had Kenny as our cook and he was absolutely amazing! Best food ever, cooked amazing and the shrimp were awesome, especially since they were deveined properly!! He made us laugh the whole time! Our server Kelsey was awesome and “tall Paul” at the other table for our party was amazing as well!! Overall such an amazing experience!

Hibachi Grill was a great experience. The food is delicious It is fun dining for everyone of all ages. Dishes are reasonable. It is only my husband and I, so I wasn't sure about having a good time being sat with others, but we enjoyed everyone's company. It was so good we go there for our dinner date on Fridays or Saturday and look forward to who we get as company at the table. The younger children really get a kick out of the whole experience. Excellent experience and a place to take visitors out for dinner. Ask Mari, she will definitely make sure your night goes as great as possible. She's a very experienced and very good server. They have a restaurant, Hibachi and a bar. A must go if new or old in Jacksonville.
